Fees

Your registration fee includes the Welcome Reception in the evening of Sunday 30 October, the Summit Dinner on Monday night, 31 October, lunches and morning and afternoon refreshments on Monday 31 October and Tuesday 1 November.

The fee for the optional IPv6 Hands-on Workshop on Wednesday 2 November also includes lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments. All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

If you join Internet Society of Australia or TeleConnections today, you will immediately qualify for the Associated organisations fees for this Summit and for future events.

Payment

Once you have registered, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you with the option of payment by cheque, EFT or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Diners). Payment must be received prior to the Summit to secure your registration. Please note our cancellation policy outlined below.

Your registration will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements. You will receive an email reminder and a final check of your requirements in the week prior to the Summit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Summit Secretariat - LearnTel Pty Ltd admin@learntel.com.au The following cancellation fees apply:

Privacy

No contact details of delegates will be published, sold or used for any purpose apart from communication about this forum.

Accommodation

You should book and pay for your accommodation directly with your hotel of choice.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Summit and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice.
